Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stay On It ("the app"), an iOS application developed and operated by Become LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Stay On It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it

Subscriptions and Billing

Stay On It Pro is available as a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand
• We do not offer refunds outside of what Apple's policies provide

Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of Stay On It allows up to 5 pending reminders at a time. Some features — including Stay On It follow-up messages, Focus Mode, Live Activity, the full home screen widget, and stats — require a Pro subscription.

Intellectual Property

Stay On It and all associated content, branding, and code are the property of Become LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the app as intended.

User Content

You own the content you enter into Stay On It (reminder titles, notes, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your data. Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy. We have no access to your reminder content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Stay On It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We are not responsible for any missed notifications due to device settings, iOS restrictions, or notification permission changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Become LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stay On It, including but not limited to missed appointments or tasks resulting from missed notifications.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
