Privacy Policy

Stay On It ("we", "our", or "the app") is a reminder and accountability app for iPhone made by Become LLC. This policy explains what data is collected, stored, and shared when you use Stay On It.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your reminders — including titles, due dates, notes, priority, tags, and completion status — are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms (UserDefaults with an App Group for widget access). This data never leaves your device except through iCloud, as described below.

iCloud Sync

Stay On It uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to sync your reminders across your own devices signed into the same Apple ID. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. Apple's iCloud privacy policy governs this storage.

Calendar Access

If you grant calendar permission, the app creates events in your device calendar corresponding to your reminders, and removes them when reminders are completed or deleted. Calendar data is processed entirely on-device using Apple's EventKit framework. We do not have access to your calendar data.

Notifications

Stay On It schedules local notifications on your device for reminders and follow-up messages. These notifications are generated and stored entirely on-device. No notification content is transmitted to any server.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No account or sign-in required
• No name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact support)
• No location data
• No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• No crash reporting through third-party services
• No advertising identifiers

In-App Purchases

Stay On It Pro is sold as a subscription through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics services. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized diagnostics through App Store Connect (such as crash logs and performance data). This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Children's Privacy

Stay On It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
